Have Amancane Base at your event

We REQUIRE the following for our volunteers:
• Access to a private, secure changing area that is clean, well lit, furnished with tables and/or chairs/stools (i.e. a break room or conference room). A bathroom or storage closet is not an acceptable changing area. Some costumes require more room to change into than a bathroom can provide.
• We do ask for access to bathrooms for our members during the event.
• Free or compensated parking that is close to the venue (less than 5 minutes walking distance - our costumes can be heavy, so carrying them long distances is a task).
• A safe environment that is well maintained and well lit for our members to be featured or to interact with the public.
• Handlers from within our own group to be present for the safety of our members.
• Security to be handled by the venue or sponsor, not the Legion members.
• We are unable to do skits/battles, or extensive choreography, appearances should be scripted with this restriction in mind. Contact the Outer Rim Praxeum if you would like a lightsaber combat demonstration.

We're the "Good Guys"

Amancane Base is only comprised of the "good guys" from Star Wars. If you would like ONLY "bad guys," then contact Garrison Corellia.

Shared Events

We share our events with the 501st and Mandalorian Mercs. If you would prefer to have ONLY "good guys," then let us know in the event description. Otherwise, you could get a mixture of characters.

Which Characters Will Attend?

We cannot guarantee which characters are available. If you would like specific characters, then let us know in the event description and we will try to accommodate you. No promises, though. Our members are all volunteers, so a person who portrays a specific character might not be available at the time of your event. Real life sometimes gets in the way of having fun.

Prop Weapons

Our characters often carry prop weapons (blasters and lightsabers). If you would prefer that our members not bring them, then let us know in the event description. It is acceptable to request no blasters, but still allow lightsabers.
